14 years ago today I gave birth to my very first baby. I was soo terrified, and had no idea what to expect. After only 10 hours of labor my little "Bug" entered the world, and I was taken! Holy smokes this was MY baby, and he was perfect!!
I didn't know then how amazing, difficult, heartbreaking, perfect, and every other emotion and feeling there is motherhood would be, but I wouldn't trade it for the skinniest body, all the stretch marks that I have from each child, or all the money in the world. It is the biggest miracle in my life and I am truly blessed!
Now that little guy of mine is a BIG 14 years old, almost 6 feet tall, handsome and talented, and one of the greatest kids I have ever known.
Happy Birthday BUG, I love you more than words can describe, and I am forever grateful that I have the opportunity to be your mom.

I remember all to well hearing about that back east...seems like just yesterday. You're a good mom, Tan. :)
Happy Birthday to Bug!
And congratulations on expecting # 6!
Hi,
Apologies for the off-topic comment, but I couldn't find a contact email for you (I looked at your contact page but I couldn't get it to load properly).
I recently put out an ebook of my writing, called 'The New Death and others'. It's a collection of short pieces, mostly dark fantasy.
I was wondering if you'd be interested in doing a review on your blog.
If so, please email me: news@apolitical.info. Let me know what file format is easiest for you, and I'll send you a free copy.
You can download a sample from the ebook's page on Smashwords:

I'm also happy to do interviews, guest posts, or giveaways. Just let me know what you'd prefer.
Yours,
James.
